Instructions
- Mix the white glue and warm water in a bowl until smooth.
- Add baking soda, glow-in-the-dark paint, and optional black or gray food coloring. Stir well.
- Gradually add cornstarch, mixing to thicken.
- Slowly pour in liquid starch while stirring continuously; the mixture will become sticky and gooey.
- Knead the dough with your hands until firm and smooth.
- Shape into rock-like balls or uneven clumps for a realistic look.
